Writing is one of my great loves and six years ago when I started practicing as a therapist full-time, I knew that, from day one, I wanted to write and publish high-quality mental health essays to support the relational trauma recovery journey of folks all over the world, who may never get a chance to work with me directly, or who may not live in countries or areas where therapists even are.
Today, this little blog gets over 20,000 monthly visitors and contains over 130+ essays devoted to a multitude of mental health topics including relational trauma recovery, managing anxiety and depression, finding and forming healthy relationships, navigating the complex world of adulting, and more. I invite you to consider this blog a digital library, a nook of the internet that you can come back to again and again when you need comfort, information, inspiration, and support.
